3 postres irresistibles per preparar aquesta primavera

1. Peanut smoothie

If you like peanuts, We present you a dessert that you will not be able to stop preparing once you try it. To make it you will need:

  • 1 cup of vegetable drink
  • 1 plàtan
  • 1 tablespoon groundnut

  • 1 spoonful of cocoa powder

2. Strawberry soup with cream ice cream

Although it is not the most common way to eat strawberries, it seems that this dessert is catching on again now that spring is back. You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1kg of strawberries
  • 75 g of stevia (you can use whole, cane sugar, as examples of alternative sweeteners)
  • 1 lemon (to prepare lemon juice)
  • 1 cullerada de mel
  • 1 scoop of cream ice cream

Before going to its preparation, we highlight that you have to prepare this dessert a day in advance, so that the strawberries marinate for a whole day in the fridge with the lemon and sugar:

  1. Prepare the lemon juice (with a lemon).
  2. Wash the strawberries and put them in a bowl with the sugar and lemon juice, and leave them to rest in the fridge for 24 hours.
  3. Mash the strawberries with a blender to get a puree, and put it over low heat in a saucepan, along with the vanilla bean split lengthwise.
  4. Add the honey and stir the mixture.
  5. Before it boils, remove the soup, discard the pod, and let it cool.
  6. To finish, divide the soup into different bowls and add a scoop of ice cream on top of each dessert. declaring it with some slices of almond.

3. Yogurt with fruits
