A la llista de verdures i fruites també es van afegir baies, fruits secs i hortalisses de fulla.

A la taula, els valors ressaltats que superen la taxa diària mitjana de vitamina. Subratllat valors destacats que van del 50% al 100% del valor diari de la vitamina.
